These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Terms, 90-Day Progress Guarantee and any other policies referenced on our website, govern your access to and use of the Services and your purchase and use of THICKR products.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important provisions regarding product use, safety, warranties, liability and your legal rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must not use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

SECTION 2 — THICKR PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products.

However, product packaging, colour, appearance, applicators and other visual characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or digital representations due to manufacturing updates, screen settings, lighting and product revisions.

We may improve, modify, replace or discontinue a product, ingredient, accessory, packaging design or product configuration where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

SECTION 3 — IMPORTANT HAIR & SCALP PRODUCT NOTICE

THICKR products are intended only for the purposes and areas of use stated on the applicable product packaging and instructions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the supplied instructions:

• Do not swallow or ingest topical THICKR products.

• Avoid direct contact with the eyes.

• Do not apply products to areas for which they are not intended.

Individual responses to cosmetic, topical and scalp products vary.

A product that is suitable for one person may cause irritation or sensitivity in another person.

SECTION 4 — STAMPING, MICRONEEDLING & APPLICATOR SAFETY

Where a THICKR product includes or is intended for use with a stamping, micro-infusion, microneedling or similar scalp applicator, it must be used only in accordance with the supplied instructions.

You must not intentionally:

• Press the applicator deeper or harder than directed.

• Over-treat the same area.

• Use the applicator more frequently than directed.

• Share an applicator with another person.

• Use an applicator that is damaged, contaminated or otherwise unsuitable for use.

• Apply excessive force in an attempt to accelerate results.

• Use the product on areas other than those specified in the instructions.

You are responsible for following all cleaning, handling, storage, replacement and hygiene directions supplied with your applicator.

Failure to follow the supplied directions may increase the risk of irritation, bleeding, inflammation, discomfort, contamination or other unwanted reactions.

THICKR is not responsible for injury or loss caused by intentional misuse, excessive use or use that is materially inconsistent with the supplied instructions, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 5 — WHEN NOT TO USE THE PRODUCT

Do not use a THICKR product where the label or supplied instructions state that the product is unsuitable for you.

Unless specifically permitted by the product instructions, do not apply a stamping or topical treatment directly over areas of scalp that are:

• Open or actively bleeding.

• Sunburned.

• Severely irritated.

• Infected.

• Recently injured.

• Experiencing an unexplained rash or reaction.

If you have a pre-existing scalp or skin condition, take prescription medication affecting your skin, scalp, hair or wound healing, have known sensitivities to any listed ingredient, or are otherwise unsure whether the product is appropriate for you, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.

Where pregnancy, breastfeeding, a medical condition or medication may affect whether a product is appropriate for you, obtain appropriate medical advice before use.

These precautions are not a substitute for reading the specific warnings accompanying your THICKR product.

SECTION 6 — ALLERGIES, SENSITIVITY & PATCH TESTING

Review the full ingredient list before using any topical THICKR product.

Do not use a product if you know that you are allergic or hypersensitive to one of its ingredients.

Where the instructions recommend a patch test, perform the patch test before completing a full application and follow the directions supplied with the product.

A patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not occur during later use.

Possible reactions to topical products can include temporary redness, dryness, tingling, itching or irritation.

Stop using the product if you experience a significant or unexpected reaction.

If you experience severe swelling, difficulty breathing, severe pain, signs of infection or another serious reaction, seek appropriate medical attention promptly.

Hair appearance and hair-related outcomes vary considerably between individuals.

Factors outside THICKR's control may influence an individual's experience, including age, genetics, underlying causes of hair loss or thinning, overall health, consistency of use, other products and treatments, lifestyle and individual biological response.

Except for the separate 90-Day THICKR Progress Guarantee and any rights provided by law, THICKR does not guarantee:

• Hair regrowth.

• A specific increase in hair density.

• A particular number of new hairs.

• Permanent results.

• Results within a specific number of days or weeks.

• Identical results to another customer.

• Results identical to photographs, testimonials or marketing examples.

Before-and-after images and customer experiences are examples of individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise that every customer will obtain identical results.

SECTION 8 — NO MEDICAL ADVICE

Information supplied through THICKR's website, advertising, customer service, social media, emails or other communications is provided for general product information and education.

You are responsible for:

• Following the supplied instructions.

• Using only the recommended quantity and frequency.

• Following hygiene and aftercare instructions.

• Storing products appropriately.

• Keeping products away from children where directed.

Using more product, applying greater pressure or increasing application frequency does not necessarily improve results and may increase the chance of unwanted reactions.

Customers who intend to combine THICKR with medications, prescription hair-loss treatments, other active topical products, scalp procedures or medical treatments should determine whether that combination is appropriate for them.

Where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

THICKR is not responsible for reactions arising solely from an incompatible third-party product or treatment where THICKR was used contrary to its instructions or warnings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 11 — ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We may accept or decline an order where permitted by law.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

Please review all details carefully before completing checkout.

Once an order enters processing, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

We reserve the right to cancel, restrict or refuse orders reasonably suspected of:

Subscription pricing,
